Shipping by Royal Mail
Tracked Delivery: We ship all Printed Packs from the UK via Royal Mail next working day delivery (Monday to Friday).
Once your Printed Pack is shipped, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number, so please ensure you add our email address to your Safe Sender list so you can receive tracking updates and our emails don't end up in your junk folder.
Please note that Printed Packs outside of the UK will be handed over by Royal Mail to the Airmail carrier for your country (for example USPS, CanadaPost, AusPost etc) and your local carrier will then be the custodian responsible for delivering your Printed Pack. Scotland Titles cannot accept responsibility for the late arrival of your order; if you need it for a present on a specific day, then it is your own responsibility to order early enough to allow for airmail time plus potentially customs clearance times (which vary by country).
We aim to get your physical document pack to the post office within 48 hours of receipt of your order – usually less if you have not ordered at the weekend or on a public holiday (Documents ordered after 8.00am Friday will not be posted before Monday as we do not work at the weekends). You are also able to download an electronic copy of your Certificate from your account in addition to the full set of documents in the mail. Once we have posted your documents we are unable to influence how quickly your package is delivered. Please order in good time to avoid disappointment.
Delivery to Europe is expected within 7 – 10 working days, Australia and NZ 12 - 16 days, and to the Rest of World within 10 – 14 working days.
Customers requiring shipping to Canada, Please Note: Canada Post is the shipping partner to our UK carrier, Royal Mail. Printed Packs to be shipped to Canada are experiencing a delay due to ongoing industrial action by Canada Post. We will ship Printed Packs to Canada as soon as the service becomes available again. You will still receive your Digital Pack to your inbox within minutes of placing your order.
We continue to deliver the most comprehensive service we can to all our customers. However, where there are conflicts or governmental issues, we are experiencing problems delivering to some customers in a few countries. If your country is affected, please contact us to discuss.
Please email us and we will add your country whenever possible. Do not simply select a different country for your order, and then email us, as your order will likely be sent to the address you provided with the order.
We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses. These are not international addresses.
Tracked Shipping
We offer several Royal Mail tracked services for delivery worldwide. When you order we will supply you with a tracking code, which you can check on the Royal Mail website.
How to Track your Delivery?
Track your item lets you check the latest delivery information of any trackable items you’ve sent, or that have been sent to you.
If you’ve used Signed For Royal Mail (which is not a tracked service) you can still use Track your item to confirm whether it has been delivered. And if so, see a copy of the signature we obtained.
You can use Track your item with:
- Royal Mail Guaranteed Special Delivery
- Royal Mail Tracked
- International Tracking and Signature services
- Signed For Royal Mail (not fully tracked)
How do I use it?
To use Track your item, just enter your 13 character reference number and follow the instructions.
